The district has adopted a proactive behavior support system, known as the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) Program. Research shows that schools are successful when they help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. For this to happen, it is imperative that we provide a safe environment that is supportive and conducive to growth. By setting forth clear social and behavioral expectations for all, it is our goal to enhance our positive school climate. Our staff has been trained and looks forward to teaching students Lincoln’s core values of respect, ownership, achievement and responsibility.
